The project is part of a Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) program and provides a total of six (6) energy efficiency upgrades at the Coppin State University campus in Baltimore.<\/p>\n<p>Structural Engineering Design: Structural scope consisted of inspecting and evaluating the existing structure for the additional loads, and the preparation of plans for ballast mounted panel supports.
