This decree is a settlement, approved by a federal judge, which formalizes an agreement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the State of Maryland \u2013 Department of the Environment (MDE), and the City of Baltimore.<\/p>\n<div class='yrm-content yrm-content-1 yrm-content-hide' id='yrm-NGTQB' data-id='1' data-show-status='false' data-after-action='' style=\"visibility: hidden;height: 0;\">\n\t\t\t<div id='yrm-inner-content-yrm-NGTQB' class='yrm-inner-content-wrapper yrm-cntent-1'><\/p>\n<p>Provided engineering services for the rehabilitation of Baltimore City\u2019s Sewer System.  Assessed condition of and recommended rehabilitation for sewer lines and manholes per NASSCO Standards. Performed field work involving evaluation of site work conditions and location of buried manholes. Created, manipulated, and queried data via Microsoft Excel &#038; Access.  Prepared construction documents using AutoCAD and ArcGIS. Performed manhole inspections.
