The County\u2019s Bureau of Utilities required a consultant to provide on-site engineering services, under the direction of the designated Bureau manager, to assist in the County\u2019s Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) program.<\/p>\n<div class='yrm-content yrm-content-1 yrm-content-hide' id='yrm-usmWE' data-id='1' data-show-status='false' data-after-action='' style=\"visibility: hidden;height: 0;\">\n\t\t\t<div id='yrm-inner-content-yrm-usmWE' class='yrm-inner-content-wrapper yrm-cntent-1'><\/p>\n<p>Albrecht Engineering provides support as the onsite engineer, with the goal of ensuring conformance and compliance with the Agreement.
