Albrecht Engineering provided on site construction management services including, inspections, safety compliance, daily construction reports, and coordination with facility operations. Construction inspection consisted of visual inspection of reinforcing steel, monitoring of concrete sampling and testing, shoring installation, and pile driving logs.
Safety monitoring included end of the day construction close out, compliance with OSHA regulations, and compliance with client safety requirements. Daily construction reports documented weather, schedule compliance, work completed, delays, changes in scope of work, crew size, safety violations, and time and materials. Coordination with daily operations consisted of communication with ship loaders and construction workers during various phases of work.
